Do you sometimes feel that your life is full of perspiration rather than inspiration? You work, work and more work, but nothing seems to be doing and you seem to go nowhere. It’s as if you’re stopped in traffic on Interstate your life. If you’re like me, you’re pounding on the horn, riding the tail of the car in front of you, and using language dubious or downright ugly in your impatience to move quickly.
There may be no evidence of movement in your outer life, but the engine of your car is still in progress and things are always moving. In fact, the inner workings of your car are pretty impressive if you throw the hood and take a look or slide under the car of a different perspective. (Do not try this in traffic, ok?)
My point? Much is happening and slip in our lives we are always aware, and perhaps we need to stay up a little while to let it sink in. Perhaps we need to sacrifice our dependence upon society to speed and constant motion, and take a breather soon. (Now does not that sound appealing for a change?)
