Depression may be nothing but the response of your mind to give up your dreams or not able to achieve. You might think that you currently have no dreams or you’re not depressed because that to let go of them but if you examine your past, you will find things you’ve always dreamed but you’ve ignored when you can not reach them.
Some of us continue to fight for those dreams and maintain optimism and hope in our lives while others bury the dreams deep in our subconscious and remain depressed for the rest of their lives.
The removal of your dreams
Some people lie to themselves by trying to believe they live the life they wanted. A man who has always wanted to be the CEO of large company, but only succeeded in being a supervisor may begin to convince himself that go higher in the company level could lead to a stressful life.
Even if man could actually believe the lie of his subconscious never believes and result in internal conflict and severe depression
Unless you revive your dreams, you are always depressed
There is no solution to this problem?
Yes, there is a powerful solution that requires some courage, but it’s very effective. Remove dust covers your old dreams, revive your life goals you’ve always wanted to realize and admit that you lied to yourself by accepting how you live now.
Only then you can start breathing again and then your subconscious mind will find that your life is worth living and that depression is no longer needed.
Do not believe what most people say that you do not need drugs to overcome depression, but just make your life meaningful, and nothing can make it more meaningful than fighting for the things you really want to have
